Qualification Pathway
The road to the World Cup requires rigorous verification. No athlete walks onto the main stage without a verified historical data trail.
-
1. Asynchronous Data Submission
Athletes must upload 30 hours of continuous biometric data (EEG + ECG) recorded via approved hardware. Data must demonstrate the ability to maintain sub-55 BPM resting heart rate for minimum 60-minute blocks. WMC algorithms scrub data for pharmacological anomalies.
-
2. Regional Combines
Top percentile candidates are invited to regional combines (London, Tokyo, New York, São Paulo). Athletes perform the Decelerator and Distraction Resistance events under live judging conditions. Equipment is provided and calibrated by WMC officials.
-
3. The World Cup Finals
The top 64 athletes globally compete in a knockout bracket. The finals introduce environmental stressors (extreme heat, auditory overload) to test the absolute limits of autonomic regulation.
